What are Puducherry's overtime-hour rules under the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020?

Jurisdiction: Puducherry state rules under the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020.

Puducherry notified the total number of hours of overtime under section 27 of the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020 by G.O.Ms.No. 25/LAB/AIL/G/2025 dated 15 December 2025. This is a narrow instrument, not a full OSH rule set: it fixes the overtime wage rate, the rounding of overtime, the daily-wage basis, the spread-over conditions and a quarterly overtime cap. This page synthesizes those conditions; the verbatim text is on the linked /states page and the source PDF is below.
