Mathivanan N.
Principal Partner
Mathivanan advises on tax structuring, business restructuring, supply chain, and secondments. He brings extensive experience from his tenure as Director in the office of the Comptroller and Auditor General of India. He heads the Corporate Advisory practice and specializes in cross-border employment matters.
Noorul Hassan
Executive Partner
Noorul Hassan has over 15 years of experience advising on M&A, PE & VC transactions. He advises extensively on labour and employment matters, employee investigations, and corporate governance. His practice includes advising multinational corporations on workforce restructuring and compliance.
Asish Philip Abraham
Executive Partner
Asish Philip Abraham has over 10 years of experience in M&A, regulatory matters, and GST. He specializes in advising digital and e-commerce clients on employment and regulatory compliance. Prior to his corporate practice, he was a litigation lawyer with expertise in commercial disputes.
Paritosh Chauhan
Partner
Paritosh Chauhan has over a decade of experience in employment laws, ESG compliance, and technology laws. He has advised over 200 foreign clients on India entry and exit strategies, workforce compliance, and labour law matters. He regularly conducts compliance audits and training programs.
