One consolidated index of the registers, returns and forms employers maintain under India's labour laws, organised by Code. Each row cites the form number, source rule, and frequency. Where a Code's central rules are still in draft, the predecessor rule is shown.
2025 Rules notification status: Central rules under the Code on Wages, the Industrial Relations Code and the Social Security Code are still pending final notification by the Ministry of Labour & Employment. Forms shown as "Pending notification" will become operative once those rules are gazetted. The OSH Central Rules, 2026 are notified.
Code on Wages, 2019
Central rules under the Code on Wages are still in draft. Until the Code on Wages (Central) Rules are finally notified, the registers below continue to be maintained under the predecessor central rules.

Occupational Safety, Health & Working Conditions Code, 2020
The OSH Central Rules, 2026 have been notified. Forms and registers under those Rules are the operative formats for central-sphere establishments; state-sphere units continue to follow state rules until corresponding state notifications are issued.
